we were aiming at the 08 units in blk 138A... preferred those due to the units' facing, not much direct afternoon sun, nearer to tpy central etc.. and also 8 = Fa = Huat ah!!! (gong's favourite phrase! ;p)
the prices were rather steep... 91 sqm can go up to more than 550k.the showFlat looked stylish & cool~ but its kinda too small & cramped...
