where's the bubble land?

from nw on, we promised to constantly monitor the progressive construction of our new home...
here is the plot of land... the pc of land where our bubble castle will be built on.

the choice is made

everything happened fast.... in a blink of an eye.. we got the flat!
it's our destiny... we r destined to get the "huat ah" unit so Cool~~ #38-08!



but of coz' a super super big hole in our bank acct...

nv in our life we have spent so much $$$.....
but for the sake of our new home, our future.. it's worthy!

shortlisting of units

choosing a 4-room flat isn't easy at all... number selection itself is already a tough job..

which floor?

#17-08 : is the princess's birthday, but its kinda too low for a 42 storey high block;

#20-08: is a gd no. too, is the yr we were together. but still, its too low;

#30-08: nice no. & price still affordable. so can consider.... (gong's 1st choice);

#38-08: good number, but expensive. very expensive! high floor nice view. somemore with another 8. huat huat huat ah!!! (po's 1st choice);

so.... finally..... which one did we get...... ?

This is the 1st time I get in touch with a hse floor plan! & it's fun! all filled with anxiety... thinking of wat to put at every corner of the hse... the feeling is juz so GREAT!

showFlat

we visited the showflat over the weekends.... shortlisted a few units...

we were aiming at the 08 units in blk 138A... preferred those due to the units' facing, not much direct afternoon sun, nearer to tpy central etc.. and also 8 = Fa = Huat ah!!! (gong's favourite phrase! ;p)
the prices were rather steep... 91 sqm can go up to more than 550k.

the showFlat looked stylish & cool~ but its kinda too small & cramped...

we sent in our e-application... & guess what?? we went thru the balloting system & we received an invitation letter to select a flat at The Peak @ TPY.
Our Q no is 00321, our Lucky Q no. *WiNk~~* feel the excitement for us too?
Our scheduled appmt date is 04 Jun 2009, 1:45pm.
Heard that that's juz the 2nd day of selection, and we stand a veri gd chance to select a gd unit... but... we haven even been to the showflat! hahaha.. we juz applied coz' it's at TPY (my HomeTown)
& its juz barely more than a week from the day we received the letter till the date of selection.

Here comes our dream home.. & we named it our Bubble Castle.... Bubble - juz imagine steams of bubbles floating high up in the air.. feeling is like fantasy... so miraculously beautiful! *wOooW* Castle - who live in the castle? of coz' the prince & the princess!
